Hello,
My boyfriend and I are looking for a suite to rent for November 1st or later. We have small older dog (10lb miniature pinscher 8 years old) I've had him his whole life, he is very well behaved and housebroken. He is much like a cat, low energy and sleeps all day! (-:
We would be looking for at least a 2 bedroom suite, with one full bathroom. Either a small house, upstairs/downstairs of a house or a townhouse. It's a necessity for us to have both a yard and laundry in suite.
My boyfriend and I are in our early 20's both have committed careers, he works at CFB Esquimalt and I own a small company. We are both quiet, responsible and mature. Neither of us smoke or party. We would like a long term place to rent that is somewhat close to the navy base. Rent prices are negotiable.
